Weaknesses:
The biggest concern with Van Pran is his overall strength, specifically against bigger linemen. Though he employs the proper technique, he is somewhat vulnerable to getting pushed backwards due to questionable functional strength.
When coming out of his stance, Van Pran has a tendency to step backwards, which often leads to opposing linemen getting into his chest. This may be an indication that his stance is a little wide. His overall mobility is limited to short areas better suited for inside zone run sequences. With this noted, he does not possess the type of mobility suitable to run outside zone.
