Steelers 2026 Week 6 Fantasy Football Report — Ramsey and Dean Make Their Big Debuts
Stats Provided by Fantasydata.com

Just when it looked like the Pittsburgh Steelers were headed for defeat, they mounted a furious fourth-quarter comeback and ultimately knocked off the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 26-19 in overtime.
The biggest storyline was the performance of the Steelers' secondary. After a shaky start, the unit rose to the occasion, delivering a series of game-changing plays that sparked the comeback. As a result, several defensive backs saw their fantasy stock rise significantly, putting themselves firmly on the radar in IDP formats.
🔥 Fantasy Movers
Jalen Ramsey - CB
Perhaps no player impacted the game more than veteran cornerback Jalen Ramsey. From the opening snap, when he recorded a sack, to the final play of the game, which also ended with a sack, Ramsey was everywhere.
When he wasn't pressuring the quarterback, he was making timely tackles and locking down receivers in coverage. It may not have been a flawless performance, but it's fair to say the Steelers likely don't win this game without him.
Ramsey finished with 10 tackles, four tackles for loss, and two sacks, stuffing the stat sheet in every phase of the game. The dominant outing not only vaulted him into the Top 100 defensive backs, but all the way up to DB7 with 48.6 fantasy points.
To say Ramsey's fantasy stock is soaring would be an understatement. After Sunday's performance, he's firmly on the radar as one of the hottest IDP defensive backs in the game.
Jamel Dean - CB
When healthy, cornerback Jamel Dean is arguably the most impactful player in the Steelers' secondary. Against his former team on Sunday, he reminded everyone why. Dean virtually erased his side of the field, giving opposing receivers little room to operate.
In addition to a crucial late-game interception, he paced the team with an impressive six passes defended, playing a major role in Pittsburgh's comeback victory. The performance was enough to propel Dean into the Top 100 defensive backs for the first time this season, checking in at DB53 with 31.0 fantasy points.
The talent has never been in question. The real concern for fantasy managers is whether Dean can stay healthy long enough to build on this momentum and continue climbing the IDP rankings.
Germie Bernard - WR
Entering their matchup against the Buccaneers, the Steelers' receiving corps was severely depleted, with both Roman Wilson and Ben Skowronek sidelined by injuries. With someone needing to step up, rookie Germie Bernard seized the opportunity and quickly became one of Aaron Rodgers' most reliable targets.
When the dust settled, Bernard had turned in the best performance of his young career, hauling in 11 receptions for 87 yards and the game-winning touchdown in overtime. His breakout performance resulted in a massive jump in the fantasy rankings, moving up 34 spots from WR79 to WR45 with 53.1 fantasy points.
With Pittsburgh continuing to battle injuries at wide receiver, Bernard's role in the offence should only continue to grow. More importantly for fantasy managers, he appears to have earned Rodgers' trust, making him a potential waiver-wire gem and a rising asset moving forward.
