Steelers 2026 Week 4 Fantasy Football Report — Metcalf Finally Makes That Move

The Steelers walked into Thursday night and, unfortunately, walked right back out with their road‑game curse still intact after falling to the Browns. The bigger issue: a defense that has fallen off a cliff. After a hot start to the season, Pittsburgh surrendered 21 points in the second quarter alone, whiffing on tackles all over the field.
But while the defense cratered, the offense finally woke up after halftime and nearly dragged the team back into it. And for fantasy managers, a few Steelers made it very clear they’re worth circling on waiver wires and trade radars.
🔥 Fantasy Movers
🏈 D.K. Metcalf - WR
After three quiet games, Steelers fans were begging to see the old Metcalf again — and they got exactly that. In the second half, he turned into a walking cheat code, hauling in everything thrown his way. Metcalf finished with 115 yards on five receptions, every single one moving the chains, and a ridiculous 23.0 yards per catch. This was the breakout fantasy managers needed, and it’s the kind of performance that usually signals a trend, not a blip.
For his performance, Metcalf moved up eight spots to WR34 with 43.3 fantasy points. Hopefully, a sign of better things to come.
T.J Watt - LB
If there was one bright spot on the Steelers’ defense in Week 4, it was veteran linebacker T.J. Watt. After a rough Week 3, he delivered a full‑scale rebound against the Browns: 4 tackles, a sack, two tackles for loss, a pass deflection, and a forced fumble. The performance pushed him up to LB2 with 53.1 fantasy points, and with the way he’s trending, he looks locked into the Top 10 for a while.
Jaylen Warren - RB
Currently sitting ninth in the NFL in rushing yards, Jaylen Warren has a real case as the Steelers’ team MVP. He’s been the most consistent performer on the roster, and Week 4 against the Browns was another reminder of his value: 93 rushing yards and 33 receiving yards. Despite the strong outing, he moved up only two spots to RB15 with 56.2 fantasy points. With Rico Dowdle likely out for Week 5, expect Warren’s carries and targets to climb against the Colts.
