Week 6 Fantasy Football Recap: Claypool's Stock Rises After A Big Performance

The talk of Sunday's win over the Tampa Buccaneers was the performance of third-year receiver Chase Claypool.
After little production in the first half, Claypool exploded in the second half and carried the offense on his back. He would end the game leading all pass catchers in receiving yards. For his efforts, Claypool moved up to the 46th spot with 34 fantasy points, surpassing receiver Diontae Johnson, who currently sits at No. 48 with 33.4 fantasy points. Rookie George Pickens currently sits at No. 58 with 27.8 fantasy points.
Quarterback Mitch Trubisky came into the second half of their contest against the Buccaneers after rookie Kenny Pickett sustained a concussion following a big hit from linebacker Devin White. Trubisky put together his most complete performance of the season and guided the Pittsburgh Steelers offense to victory. Despite his heroic efforts, Trubisky remains at No. 29 with 52.78 fantasy points.
Despite not playing this past Sunday, tight end Pat Freiermuth remains in the top 20 with 29.5 fantasy points. With news of him coming out of concussion protocol and potentially playing on Sunday against the Miami Dolphins, one should not be surprised if he moves up the charts again.
After recording his league-leading 6.5th sack against the Bucs, linebacker Alex Highsmith moved up to the 12th spot with 82.9 fantasy points. Linebacker Myles Jack continues to be one of the most productive players at his position, as he remains in the top 20 at his position with 77.1 fantasy points. Teammate Devin Bush Jr. moved to No. 70 with 43.0 fantasy points.
Defensive lineman Cam Heyward moved up five spots to No. 24 among defensive linemen with 52.1 fantasy points. Fellow lineman Larry Ogunjobi also moved up after a strong performance and currently sits at the 97th spot with 25.1 fantasy points.
