Weaknesses:
Paye's size can pose a problem against bigger, athletic offensive linemen. He does not possess the length necessary to effectively stack and shed opposing linemen; as a consequence, he has a tendency of getting stuck on blocks. Against the run, he is susceptible to pushed backwards when his pad level is a little high. Not overly athletic, Paye does not possess the type of flexibility need to bend and penetrate from the outside; better suited playing as a 3-technique defensive lineman.
